- In winter, it is open from mid-November to mid-May on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, weather permitting. Between Christmas and New Year, the Beizli is open every day, weather permitting.

- By car (4x4 is an advantage in winter):
In the direction of Sörenberg, turn off at Südelhöhe in the direction of Salwideli. Follow the well-marked road to the turn-off towards Schlund. Park the car at the Wagliseiboden car park and continue on foot to Alp Schlund.
On foot:
