Schüpfheim cultural trail

The cultural trail with illustrated info panels leads in 15 stations from the station square through the village centre, the oldest part of the village, and the nearby surroundings. It is lined by the 22 life trees of the Celtic tree circle along with explanations. The roughly one-hour circular route is barrier-free and marked with signposts where necessary. The information in words and pictures about the cultural objects along the way is complemented by insights into the village's history: village fire and reconstruction, natural events, peasant war, cheese trade, among others.

The attached QR codes lead visitors who want to know more via smartphone directly to the websites of the described institutions, to a picture gallery, or to further historical details.
