At Küpfer's Dorfmetzg GmbH, father Peter takes care of the administration and purchasing & sales, sons Christian and Kevin are responsible for production, Christian's girlfriend Karin is the shop assistant and mum Esther lends a hand where needed. All the cattle, pigs and calves are sourced locally. Like the Hinderwälder cattle, whose meat is offered as Biosphäre-Rindli. Küpfer's attach great importance to the origin, every piece of meat can be traced back to the animal.
