On the health trail, also called the barefoot path, all your senses are sharpened – the pleasant circuit is walked barefoot.

The approx. 500 meter long path invites you to rediscover the world with bare feet. It is located, like the Seelensteg, in the Hundsboden area below Heiligkreuz and leads on narrow paths to the Biberenbach stream. On the narrow, marked path, the feet perceive many different sensations: sharp fir needles, soft moss, damp warm mud…

At the end, you step into the cool water of the Biberen and feel the energy of the water. Hydrotherapist Sebastian Kneipp attributed healing effects to it.
