The fifth stage of Route 1291 takes you by e-bike across the UNESCO Entlebuch Biosphere, one of the largest moor landscapes in Switzerland. The impressive karst region of the Schrattenfluh and the pure beauty of the unique animal and plant world accompany you on your ride today. After the Kemmeriboden meringues, you continue via Schangnau to Escholzmatt, from where you follow the hilly ridges of the Napf heart loop all the way to the village of Entlebuch.

Directions
From Sörenberg, follow the route to Schangnau. Then continue to Escholzmatt and finally to the village of Entlebuch.
Observe the signage on this route. On some sections, there is a partial ban for fast e-bikes (45 km/h with yellow number). Here you can find the traffic signs and their meaning.
